New Member Applicants, Please download and fill out the New Member Packet, as you will need two sponsors. If you do not have your sponsors yet, please email ckcscnf@yahoo.com and a member will reach out to help walk you through the process.
If you have your sponsors, complete the application and mail to Alex Weiss at CKCSCNFL.TREAS@gmail.com , or you can mail your application to the address provided on the application. You can pay by check submitted with the application, or by Paypal using the link above. Paypal payments require an additional $5 processing fee and please include your name and "new member" in the memo field before submitted your payment. If you have any questions regarding Paypal payments, please email CKCSCNFL.TREAS@gmail.com .
